About Children, Inc.

Children, Inc. is a successful licensed child care program for toddlers and preschool age children, full time/part time care, as well as being in eleven elementary schools for before and/or after school care for school age children. In 2006 we served 400 children throughout the year, 105 children were four years old and younger and 295 were five to twelve year olds. Families using our service come from varied economic backgrounds as well as ethnic diversity. Children, Inc. programs provide activities geared to the Educational, Physical, Emotional, and Social needs of each child. Children participate in a variety of activities supervised by experienced child care specialists.

With an emphasis on quality affordable child care in the community, and the type of programs offered by Children, Inc., we are NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) Accredited. Fees for the program are determined at the time of enrollment. When alternative funding sources are available and families qualify we accept Vouchers, CCDF contract, United Way and other scholarship Programs.
